  1. Yes. That is the straightest way. Whether on a globe, or flat map. Of course on a globe, that straight line appears to be a curve.

    Also, Eleni, could you answer some basic questions about Flat Earth Theory?

    1) If the Earth is a flat disc, why is the center, (the Arctic), and the edge, (Antarctica), cold? Why is the area from the center to the edge, a warm area?

    2) With a Flat Earth, does the Sun still rise in the East, and set in the West?

    3) How does the Sun get from the West back to the East overnight, in the Flat Earth model?

    4) If the Sun rises from the edge of the disc-shaped Flat Earth, why doesn't it melt the Antarctic snow/ice at the edge of the disc?

    5) Has anyone ever travelled to the edge of the Flat Earth disc? In the globe model, that area would be the center of Antarctica, the South Pole.
