There are controversial opinions attacking this new system. I will inform accordingly and I do not give a SHIT if Google fabricates other means by which to shut me down, hence censor me, again.
Cosmora Archipelago I think that Google is careful not to mess with me too much, because they realized that I know enough legalize to put them in their place. In addition, and as I have made sure to let them know, they became aware of my knowldge of a few lawsuits they got hit with for similar censorship related matters. This is the reason they reinstated my account so fast and so easily.
Bringing forth two supreme court cases which ruled that there is no spam when you share or post via the public function helped lead me to victory along with the inclusion of the legal "Void For Vagueness" Doctrine which I also raised against their deceptively vague Spam policy. Google was sued for drafting void policies before so they knew where I was going with that.
After seeing that other people had the same problem, I decided to post the content of my Appeal in order to help others win their Appeal if they face the same set of facts. Restricting the size of an Appeal into one small paragraph makes it very difficult for users to file an effective Appeal, especially when they are dealing with vague policies and accusations.
With regard to my site being shut down again, as noted, I do not think that Google will attempt to do it formally. Moreover, I intent to create other accounts, as other people have done, and put my collections into each account so that if one account gets shut down I will have the rest to fall back on. That takes a lot of work you know.
All of my links will be getting posted so next time around my whereabouts will not be lost.
