I may not understand the Greek concepts you are confused about but , based on your description of the issues that you find perplexed and anti-Flat Earth, I am assuming that you are referring to the issue of Refraction as well as the so called "high altitude curvature ".
With regard to the Aurora Borealis and its relation to the Flat Earth, please note that even Globe Earthers have many guesses and assumptions for this and not solid answers for it either. Its cause has nothing to do whether the Earth is Flat or a Globe. The response for it under the Flat Earth model is as uncertain as it is under the Globe Earth model, but, in my opinion, it makes more sense in the Flat Earth setting because we believe in the presence of the dome over the earth, as is also reported throughout the Bible.
See the general description of the Aurora Borealis by googling the subject matter as well as by adding, in the search term, the name of its founding father, French scientist, Pierre Gassendi.
The cause of Aurora Borealis was discovered by Kristian Birkeland in 1896 and there is nothing in the flat earth model that would disrupt his findings. The flat earth model has a a Dome ceiling, but not until more than 100 miles up (planes fly at about 6 miles up for a frame of reference). So there is lots of atmosphere in which something like this could happen.

A flat earth needs stable satellites ...not moving ,isn't so.

costas liadakis I have prepared a response for you regarding the Flat Earth model. I may not understand the Greek concepts you are confused about but , based on your description of the issues that you find perplexed and anti-Flat Earth, I am assuming that you are referring to the issue of Refraction as well as the so called "high altitude curvature ".
ReplyDeleteWith regard to the Aurora Borealis and its relation to the Flat Earth, please note that even Globe Earthers have many guesses and assumptions for this and not solid answers for it either. Its cause has nothing to do whether the Earth is Flat or a Globe. The response for it under the Flat Earth model is as uncertain as it is under the Globe Earth model, but, in my opinion, it makes more sense in the Flat Earth setting because we believe in the presence of the dome over the earth, as is also reported throughout the Bible.
See the general description of the Aurora Borealis by googling the subject matter as well as by adding, in the search term, the name of its founding father, French scientist, Pierre Gassendi.
The cause of Aurora Borealis was discovered by Kristian Birkeland in 1896 and there is nothing in the flat earth model that would disrupt his findings. The flat earth model has a a Dome ceiling, but not until more than 100 miles up (planes fly at about 6 miles up for a frame of reference). So there is lots of atmosphere in which something like this could happen.
Please note that the concept of the Electric Universe links Kristian Birkeland with Tesla in some respects.
