This video is amazing. The only thing I get confused about is that the longest day in New Zealand is shorter than the longest day in the UK, and that the shortest day in NZ is longer than the shortest day in the UK. Even though I understand the concentric circles of the sun's path on the flat earth, I'm having some trouble understanding the discrepancy in the day lengths.
